Clerk/Receptionist

We are currently recruiting a clerk/receptionist for a part-time position for the Central Reception.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in a secretarial or office administration program from a recognized college (preferably a two-year program).
  • Bilingual (ability to speak and write with efficiency in French and in English).
  • Minimum of 2 years of secretarial experience.

Requirements:

  • Works with total discretion and has the ability to handle stressful situations, for example : activity, interference with work assignments, emergency calls, etc.
  • Ability to work well with the public and co-workers to create a positive influence within the department.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Establish priorities as well as working under a minimum of supervision.
  • Computer knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word,Excel and Meditech.
